This is NOT the Microtel of other years! We've stayed only at this Microtel for over 8 years every year when we go up to Bethel/Danbury area. That's over. Two weeks early I think, I asked for first floor and told them of a bad knee (arthritis) but we got a second floor room.

The young girl behind the dest was very onprofecinal and un atentive.
When booking through third party company they had rooms listed as "HD-flatscreen tv's microwave, refriderator and newny renivated.
The TV was about 20 years old and dieing, no microwave, no refriderator and the AC was brocken.

We like this motel chain. We want a clean comfortable room for a night along the highway, this motel is our choice. Friendly staff, variety of breakfast selections, clean room, windows that open, fresh smelling room (versus the hallway) and easy to find off I84.

If you have any self respect you will not stay here. This place is gross. Hair all over the bed, carpets not vacuumed, toilet paper not replaced after last guest... Seriously?.. Wall paper falling off walls, holes in the walls, stained towels... Need I say more to convince you to sleep in your car over this place? Ok I will.....

I've stayed here once a week almost every week for over 2 yrs and won't even consider staying anywhere else. Beds are REALLY comfortable, rooms are quiet, continental breakfast is excellent, and staff is fantastic. I am very comfortable here and consider it an excellent value.

Very very friendly staff always outgoing have stayed here several time and never disapointed Room always clean and if there is a problem its taken care of immeadiatly. i would always return here.
