Very nice hotel conveniently located near the Naval Sub Base. There is shopping nearby, too! Rooms were very nice and staff very kind and helpful! The pool area and hot tub were clean and well kept. We had a small problem where our refrigerator didn't seem to be getting cold enough, and it was swapped out promptly.

We were very pleased with our stay.It would have been more helpful if the desk staff could have given us better driving directions. The menu offerings could have been expanded. I would have liked to have seen some shrimp or scallops. The rooms were most restful and the beds were superb.

The hotel was clean, hotel staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and very clean. The food at the hotel was good and the breakfast was very satisfying. The pool was nice as well as the fitness center and business center. The staff provide great recommendations for restaurants as well as good directions.

Pillows are lumpy and no selection. Bathroom door closes automatically, causing mirror to fog up. Fan in bathroom noisy and ineffective. Room had a funny smell. Great location to visit nearby colleges. Cookies and lemonade are nice touches. Breakfast not included and is $10, with no smaller option. Nearby Wal-Mart, grocery and restaurants are convenient.

Spent a week in New London/ Groton CT on business. This hotel is new and very nice. Suggest you negotiate the breakfast into your room charge- it is a real meal and worth it for ease and value.
