We just stayed at the Ramada to watch my son Graduate at the Naval base. I don't even know where to begin with how awful this place was. First we were on the 2nd floor, had to change our key cards 4 different times as we could not get into our room. Second, we had a construction crew fixing up... More

Very nice for what seems like an older hotel. Where you really get the value is with the staff. The manager and the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent wifi with very decent speed for free hotel internet. I stayed in a room towards the end of the building where I have had trouble getting reliable... More

I spent 3 nights at the Ramada Inn Groton recently , visiting a friend whom I visit once a year, and although I do not feel it rates 2.5 stars yet (probably 2.0) I was pleasantly surprised. Right off I- 95 and easy to get to New London and Mystic. I had a King non smoking room and it was... More

My children and I have stayed at this Ramada on six or seven separate mini-vacations (typically one to three nights each time) and we have always enjoyed ourselves, which is why we've returned so many times over the past couple of years. We initially chose this hotel because they allow pets in certain rooms at the hotel (for a small... More

We stayed two nights and were very pleasantly surprised!. Our sheets sparkeled white and two people who have trouble staying asleep both slept for 6-7 hrs straight. We had the usual coffee maker, but our room also included a microwave and refrigerator-freezer. The trip is about 20 min from Foxwood's and beware at night of the winding road, but it... More

Thank You Ramada...had a wonderful stay! The staff were all very helpful and pleasant every time we needed something, especially the gentleman that checked us in...he always found the time to answer our questions or provide advice even when obviously busy. Our room was nice and the beds supercomfy!! Wifi and a continental breakfast came with the room and the... More

Went for three days with my three kids to the Ramada at Groton, Ct. Got a good deal for a 2-nite stay and that considered, the over-all quality of the hotel was ok, nothing to brag about. The need for renovation or at least a bit of a "make-over" is painfully obvious. Kids loved the pool but that whole area... More

Before planning I did an overall review of my hotel, this hotel was a great deal. I had a great experience with an awesome staff that was very accommodating. This hotel was located 15 minutes from everything (casinos, restaurants, aquarium, etc.). The hotel was clean and your room was an average room. I would definitely reccomend this hotel and will... We've stayed in places that cost twice as much and was half as good! Front desk attendant was friendly and informative, room was clean and a comfortable bed, plenty of hot water also, had a better continental breakfast than some restaurants have, will use this again for sure!
