Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. No problems with reservations and no wait to check in. Hotel lobby was large and inviting. Good location within walking distance to several restaurants. Shuttle bus was available for travel to New Haven and local restaurants. The children enjoyed the pool.

Took a group of parents and kids there. Staff were helpful and friendly. We booked months in advance and had no problems with reservations or confirmations. Helpful staff with shuttle bus for those who needed it to area restaurants, etc. Rooms were clean, but plain, spartan. Fridge, which some rooms had, some did not, would have been helpful.

Went for a wedding and will not return to that hotel. The desk staff was not at all competent. I would recommended getting a room on the 3rd or 4th floor to the right of the entrance. This part of the hotel seems newer and better kept.
