I stay at this hotel every time I visit my son in Meriden, and haven't been disappointed. There is everything you need in the room to feel at home.

Stayed at this hotel in Meriden for several nights to visit a customer nearby. The room was tidy, but could be cleaner, same goes for the bathroom. Candlewood Suites is a good hotel. The staff is nice and accommodating. I am here for business and this facility has offered me what I needed.

My wife and I just spent the last four nights here as due to a storm we lost power. The rooms are ok with no real amenities to speak of. TV's are small and old. I used my Priority Club points to stay here, somewhat leery because of the previous bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the place and the size of the rooms. I don't know why previous reviewers complained about this hotel. It's perfect for an extended stay!
