I have stayed there for three nights for thanksgiving. My room was nice and big and the beds were really comfy. It is run by an Indian family. They have great service. There is an Indian restaurant near on site. If I ever come back to ct I would stay at passportinn.

The upper floor where we stayed had been recently refurbished. Apparently they had a little incident with the roof collapsing under snow load. Not too worry, I'm sure it's much sturdier now! The place is clean and what choice do you have if you need to stay in Middletown: either The Inn at 150 a night or the place north of town, which is really really bad. Hard to find - about 3 miles from Middletown. Run by Indian family who manage the Indian restaurant next door - it's the only place to eat nearby but at least the meals are generous. The motel was cheap but very basic and quite shabby. Coffee was only available through a machine at the entrance and cost 50 cents.
