Main lobby bathroom were a bit filthy. Need to hire more house keeping for the hotel. The gym was pretty cool and i love the set up of the room. Hotel staffs were willing to help and i commend the effort of Kathleen Nooha.

We stayed here over the weekend. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet wasn't anything wonderful..bagels a bit stale. We stayed 1 night at the Mystic Hilton and found our room to be above average size with 1 of the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. Staff was very pleasant & helpful. Room rate was in line with area hotels with the same amenities.

The room was clean and sufficient, bathroom is somewhat small with the door being directly adjacent to the toilet with mere feet to allow for door swing and the tub is behind the door.
