We stayed here for 2 nights. The bedding was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was adequate and the room was big enough for the number of guests. It is a bit tired in places, but nothing terrible.

Hotel is very close to Yale university, very convenient. The front desk personnel are very helpful. The free breakfast are pretty good, waffles, muffins, bagels, juices, cereals. 24 hours lobby hot coffee. We were taken aback by the dirtiness of the hallways leading to our room. I found the service to be adequate, friendly even, but it was not super attentive. The best thing about the hotel is the free shuttle it operates. They'll take you anywhere and can usually pick you up or drop you off within 15-20 minutes. The drawback to the shuttle is that there is only one, and you cannot reserve it... More
