The photo on the internet looks great......but when we arrived at the property, it was run down and cluttered! Our room was cold because of cold air coming in around the window frame of the bathroom window! Our breakfast consisted of runny scrambled eggs and very burnt bacon. We were very disappointed.

I endorse all the other posters' compliments -- Spacious, comfortable rooms. An appealing deck and back garden. Easy to get to from I95. . The innkeeper is friendly yet not intrusive.
