There are some nice things about this inn. It has an appealing, quaint sort of look to it, and if you are doing something in or around Ridgefield the location is ideal. Nice inn close to the town and activities. Attended a performance at the Ridgefield Playhouse and toured around Ridgefield. Breakfast was lacking, although included it only contained a croissant, juice and coffee or tea - but it was delivered to the room. Staff was nice but aloof.

It's not a Relais and Chateau property, (read: the rooms are a touch tired looking) but the service is top notch. Everyone is very kind, helpful, friendly and accommodating. Plus, the setting--on a nice piece of property, with nice lawns, overlooking a small pond--is beautful! Great bang for your buck! Good for a family stay.
