Dear Theshortchef, I truly am sorry to hear that your experience with us recently was so lack luster and definitely not becoming of our usual guest experience standard. The building was previously an old YMCA which was retrofitted into the hotel it is today. With that being said we do have some limitations being the garage and the one elevator.... More

“Excellent Location”

The hotel is an excellent location. Close to the train station and around the corner from several restaurants and places to see. There is only one elevator, which is problematic. The hotel itself was great and the staff was friendly which more than made up for the elevator.

We checked into the hotel shortly after 3:00 p.m. and our room was ready and clean as a whistle!! “Excellent welcoming experience”

Wonderful hotel! Spotless. Lovely big bathroom with bathtub which filled and emptied quickly, beautiful modern bedroom. Particularly friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and free shuttle to the station too. Good breakfast, also snacks and coffee left out all day, too. Couldn't fault the hotel, we shall return.

“Great customer service”

Overall great experience during my first stay here. Very attentive staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy access to downtown Stamford's entertainment district. Very nice boutique hotel. The new one in Norwalk has a great restaurant called Mediteraneo. Check them both out. Would definitely stay here again.

“Very good Boutique hotel”

Well appointed, excellent location, and good size clean rooms with a very generous complimentary breakfast. At check-in we were advised that our room was upgraded with no additional charge. Free wi-fi and 2 computers available in lobby for guest use. My wife and I would definitely return again
