“Anywhere else but this DUMP”

I have never, in my entire LIFE, stayed at such a horrific hotel. The rooms are filthy, the beds sag like a canoe, the staff is rude and doesn't know the meaning of customer service. The entire place is run down. Next time, no matter how much farther I have to drive, I will stay anywhere else but this dump.... More

“I've been trying to get a refund but only get the run around.”

Older hotel but, clean. Lobby is nicer than rooms. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Had the best continental breakfast. In the room carpet was dusty in corner. Not bad for the money.

looked decent online...but it was filthy and in a scary, horrible neighbord...LOOKED OVER AT MY SONS BED AT 1AM AFTER HE HAD BEEN SLEEPING IN IT FOR AN HOUR AND THERE WERE BEDBUGS!!!! drove home in the middle of the night!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!! i did get a refund....

We made a reservation for 3 on Hotwire. When we arrived, we were told we were in a king room and there were no rooms for us with 2 beds. “STAY AWAY - OLD, SMELLY, & MOLD!!!”

The tv did not work & the bathroom ceiling had black mold.Lots of dust hanging from popcorn ceiling. When I complained about the mold, the Manager was rude!
