Great place--perfect location steps from the beach and boardwalk... rooms are fine and in fact better than most at the beach. Breakfast was very very good. I'll definitely stay here again! It's the cleanest hotel by the beach. A two minute walk from the beach...right across from Fun Land...A short walk to Go Brits Fish & chips! Close to the boardwalk & other eateries.

This was our third time staying at the Beach View. It is a great place to stay while in Rehoboth...great location, clean room, very friendly staff! Nice continental breakfast in lobby, great warm cookies in the evening. We will coninue to stay at this hotel every year!!
