Having stayed in several Holiday Inn's, this was way below standard. The public rooms smelt and the bedroom was, like the rest of the hotel, 'very tired'! Look to stay somewhe else till it is refurbished. Shame as the staff were lovely, they deserve better!

We stayed there on March 5th 2012. We were actually planning on staying for 3 nights but left after just 1. Everything looked a little tired and old. The staff was friendly, courteous, & accommodating. We stayed in a King Suite which was clean & spacious. The entire hotel was clean. The complementary breakfast was OUTSTANDING, as expected, as it is at all Holiday Inn Express properties. We found our hotel for any future visits to Southwest Florida.
