We reserved our room via online at their great rate. Got there, checked in early, 3pm, told all non smoking rooms taken. Get to our room smelled worse than an ashtray. Online site got us out of our room, later in day online SITES had non smoking rooms available at $450 a night. Avoid this place!

This was one of the nicest Best Western properties that we stayed in. The room was large, decorated and furnished very nicely. The staff was very nice and went out of their way to be helpful. It was an exceptional value.

Stayed here for 7 nights will in Ft. Myers area. Lovely, clean and very comfortable accommodations. Very reasonable prices for a queen mini-suite. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the service great. We went to this hotel to Bicycle and Kayak around lovers Key and stayed here because they advertised a hot tub so we could soothe our sore muscles.
