We have stayed in different units at the BB & T club and we've never been disappointed! The pools are always impeccably clean and well maintained. The owners' organization constantly does upgrades. The people there are kind and helpful. There isn't a better situated club in SW fla that is so affordable (we just paid $420 for a week during... More

We found this place to be in a perfect location for our plans and activities. Since we planned on doing things in both Fort Myers and Naples, plus the Everglades, this place really served its purpose for us. We stayed one week. We rented our unit thru VRBO. Great rates for April. We arrived on the 7th. The Easter vacation... More

My sister and I spent a lot of time searching for a place on Bonita Beach for our 2 week vacation. It paid off. We rented through Royal Shell and, although they charged a $100 rental fee, we were very pleased with the service and the condition of our unit. Ours was on the 8th floor of Building 2. When... More

The condos in this resort are all "studio" types units. The age of the place is about 35 years old. We stayed in bldg 4, room 4404 and had a view of the pool outside in back. Condo was decent but very small but not very clean. 2 full size beds and a pull out couch if you need it.... More

I don't know if we just got a bad unit or what, but I wont be returning. Size: No more than 2 adults and a baby in this condo. It is not a true one bedroom and is set up more like a studio with a king bed. This was plenty for us as a couple. Overall condition: Old, old,... More

Good Afternoon, I want to first thank you for staying with Royall Shell Vacations. We do appreciate your business and apologize on behalf of the owner for the condition of the condo the you rented. As with most vacation rental companies, each home and condominium is individually owned and decorated. As such, we have taken into consideration the condition of... More

We had been here before and had one of the studios away from the elevators. It was livable but no jewel. We couldn't believe how noisy the elevators are and they wake you up at midnight with the returning revelers and gamblers, then at 5am they start up again with paper delivery and early risers. Unreal how noisy this place... More

We rented out unit #3404 at Bonita Beach and Tennis Club directly from the owners Maria and Slavko through www.HomeAway.com for a two-week family getaway in August 2011. Tons of units were up for rent at the time, but theirs was the best price! There were 4 of us - my parents, my 4-year old son and me - in... More

My husband and I from the midwest usually take a spring vacation south each March. We usually make reservations far ahead and stay on the North side of Bonita Springs. The economy being what it is and my not working we decided to downsize and went down with several places in mind.. Most of the ones on south Fort Myers... More

We spent 2 glorious weeks in UNIT 2703 for our Florida getaway (from snowy Vermont!). The unit has been completely rennovated, fully equipped (including washer & dryer), and clean. Owners are very congenial and responsive. Our experience exceeded expectations.
