We stayed here before our cruise. Location was great. Building is large and hard to navigate. Kids loved the pool. Rooms were nice. Front desk was very helpful. Can't complain. I would stay there again. The hotel provided a shuttle to cruise ships which was great. Plenty of places to eat in the area.

So close to the cruise ports. Wonderful exotic feel with the beautiful pool. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Only things that they could improve on, would be offering complementary breakfast and coffee in the lobby. Coffee is only offered only between 6am and 8:30am. great place!! Very close to port Check in was easy and room was nice. Breakfast was ok, but it was really nice it was right there and I didnt have to go find a place. Will stay there again before cruise, maybe even bring the family there for a vacation. The pool looked very nice(didnt get to use it)
