Can't beat the location or the hotel desk and maintenance staff. Beach is literally ten steps from the front door. “Excellent beach front boutique hotel.”

Next to quieter stretch of the beach. Many unique restaurants and cafes within a short walk. Cruises and fishing boats within a 10 minute walk. Clean and nicely decorated. Their "quiet time" policy (after 10 pm) ensures a peaceful night. Reasonable rates for beach front. We will definitely be back!'

“Best location on Clearwater Beach”

Small Inn on the beach with great bar and restaurant. It's location makes it worth the stay. Very Art Deco Onsite parking available which is a real plus since beach parking in the area is limited. Grab your towel and walk outside and your on beautiful Clearwater beach. Ahhh, paradise! Would definitely stay there again.

Just returned from 4 nights at the Palm Pavilion where we had a wonderful time, as usual. Perfect location for fun in the sun. Beach and two restaurants right there. Employees were all friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back.

This hotel is an Art-Deco Style hotel built in 1926. It is a family owned hotel, where you are important to them, as a guest! The room decor was excellent. “Great location but rooms smell of wet carpet and mold.”

Perfect beachfront location. A little concerned when seeing the condition of carpet on stairwell but put it aside as beachfront property issue. Room though appearing clean simply smelled of damp carpet as mold as soon as entering the room. Again tried to work with it turning up air conditioner and headed for beach...perfect location...but when we returned room still smelled... More

I am so sorry to hear you were unhappy with your room. We try very hard to keep the rooms clean and well maintained. In looking over the carpet cleaning log the room you stayed in (207) had not been recently cleaned so it should not have been wet. I truly wish you would have brought this to our attention... More

Great place to stay and play on the beach. 5 Star service from everyone that works at the Palm Pavilion Inn (Hotel) and those who work in the Palm Pavilion Beachside Bar & Grill.
