I really enjoy grand old hotels and was looking forward to this one based upon its history of elegance, but have to say, I was disappointed with the place. It's very nice, but difficult to call world class and even more difficult to justify the nightly room rate. If it were half the price, it would be good value, but... More

first let me say this is my absolute favorite hotel in Miami area- and its hard to find anything wrong with it- But let me say there was a few things that did catch my eye the amazing pool- was not perfectly clean- some of this could be from the horrible storms in the area- but the bottom of the... Back in 1999, my husband and I were supposed to stay at the Biltmore prior to our honeymoon in the British Virgin Islands. Sadly, we never made it to the Biltmore due to a cancelled flight originating in South America. Fast forward to Summer 2011...we were in need of a sunny weekend escape with our young son, and it seemed... More

We stayed at the Biltmore during our daughter's graduation from U of Miami. During the four years she was in school we stayed at practically every hotel in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. The Biltmore was by far the best. Wonderful service, wonderful food and great value. Yes, there was a $20 resort fee, but that covered so much: internet,... More

This hotel is where you want to stay in Miami if you want peace and quiet in lovely surroundings. Has an old world European feel, lots of history. There is a book about the hotel in the gift shop. It is not far from the airport, and located in a residential area on beautiful grounds--golf course. The pool area is... More

My husband and i stayed for two nights and were won over. The grounds were lush and lovely the room bright and cheerful (great mattress and pillows too!) the lobbies and bar areas stately and beautiful and the pool absolutely gorgeous. My husband played golf and raved about the course and i enjoyed the complimentary mango sherbet and cool towels.... More

As a world-class luxury destination resort, the Biltmore enjoys a stellar reputation for professionalism, services and quality of product within the industry. We’re delighted you enjoyed your stay with us. We do apologize for the oversight regarding the lack of options you were given in the bar. We have the same options regarding wine by the glass (as well as... More

We stayed here for two nights in April 2012. Visually the hotel is everything it claims to be, huge, smart, impressive, and luxurious. The biggest hotel pool in the USA certainly. The facilities and the staff, excellent and faultless. We enjoyed jazz and a pleasant meal with cocktails by the poolside bar. Breakfast fabulous. The rooms are not as large... More

The Biltmore makes you feel truly special. It still retains an aura of the 20's, whilst taking influences and atmosphere from the best of all the years since. The entire grounds - and indeed Coral Gables - are fantastically sophisticated and stylish. Service is perfect, the pool is breathtaking, the lobby and lower lobby are dreamy and your whole visit... Wonderful experience - one night and one dinner. Dinner in Fontana was excellent - both food and service. Hotel is absolutely beautiful. One 2 slight negatives - no in room coffee machine (cannot remember the last hotel or motel without one). Also, the irritating $20 "resort fee" charged to everyone & we were told it covered bell hop tips, etc.... More

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay at Biltmore. With regards to your comment, charging a resort fee is common practice for hotels in South Florida.
