This hotel is disgusting and should be shut down! There is mold growing between the doors, the AC in our room didn't work so we had to leave the sliding glass door open the entire night. Research shows you were sent to a room that was not yet cleaned and that was very unfortunate error at the front desk. Protocol would have been to move you to another room that was ready for occupancy. Our apologies for the discomfort. More

I am very sorry your stay was not as expected. We reviewed the room in question and did not find any evidence of your concern. The health dept does frequent checks of rooms and we have not been cited for any infestations. Our pest control is ongoing throughout the year. More

Review of the room in question did not match with complaints. Any metal on beach side will become pitted with time and we do paint and re paint as soon as is practical. Sorry your stay was less than you expected. More

serious need of renovations, carpets are disgusting and old in hallways & rooms. restaurant serves breakfast BUT not until 10:00. Housekeeping is clearly base minimal at best, elevators were trashed every time we used them. DISGUSTING PLACE TO STAY

During bike week breakfast is served from 8 am however during spring break breakfast is not served til 10 or later due to lack of response from teens. Your complaint was brought to the attention of management and was totally unfounded. Guests are no t subject to employees climbing balconies to enter rooms and guests are not supposed to throw chairs from the balconies. More
