We've stayed at Perry's several times. For a Daytona Beach hotel, it is nice. Most hotels in Daytona are older and not luxury properties. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Employees were friendly and our kids loved the donuts! Nice hotel. Not the cleanest, but as I said for a Daytona Beach hotel, it is nice.

Perrys is huge, taking up about three city blocks. The staff re great and patient with daft foreigners asking daft questions. We were a bit taken aback by our first glimpse of Perry's, even after reading preparatory reviews. If you're used to chain hotels, just be warned that Perry's was built in 1941 so is from a different era!
