I love that this hotel is beachfront. The parking is free, but the parking lot was a little crazy and not laid out very well. For the most part our rooms were clean and in neat order. I have stayed here the last three years, at least a few days, duing bike week. The staff has always been nice, my room clean. I would rather stay her than the hilton. That place sucks. sure its not the fanciest hotel, not the newest. But all in all good stay. I think the staff is nice at the desk....

I will give this place a pass because it was spring break time so everything was a bit odd as far as check-in goes. If you are not staying here around spring break when the kiddos are running wild I dont think you will have any issues. As for the staff being stressed they did not crack under the pressure.......

We did not enjoy our visit to this hotel. No privacy walking to pool area. Pool was filthy. Flock of crows use it for their bath. Walls too thin. I wont stay there again and wont recommend to others. I wish I had asked for refund.
All front desk, breakfast, maintenance, and housekeeping staff members with whom we came in contact were friendly and helpful. Very service oriented!
This Hotel has it all great rooms, location, cleaniness, And above the best staff (management,service and staff) one could as for in small resort facility. They all bend over backwards to make your stay pleasant.
