The place is worn down and definitely needs major work. Some of the people at the front desk were friendly and helpful (especially Germaine), but others were quite rude. Huge gap under door to room. I had to slam door hard to get it closed! Huge stains on sofa and chair in room. Airconditioner very, very loud. Toilet hard to flush. I made reservations thru the internet for 3 rooms. The check in was fast, All 3 rooms were clean and side be side. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Location close to Deer field Beach and Festival Flea Market. I will stay here again.

Internet was down first 3 days, couldn't get info on where to go, what was available. Not much around.....5 miles to beach, couch broke down (very uncomfortable) but beds were comfortable. Average price for average stay. Little parking available.

What a dive! This place is a dump and Best Western and the hotel owner should be ashamed!!! It was filthy! The couch and rugs were stained. The mattress had valley's in them. The balcony door wouldn't lock and the place is out dated, diry and broke down! Needless to say we didn't stay, we turned around and checked out!
