When staying at recognized hotel, you expect to find more that least requirements. Rooms
reserved weeks ahead have no influence on what you receive until you get to the hotel. You get possibly the lowest grade room they have.
The room looks clean and OK when you first walk in. But, lights don't light, air or heaters

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Room is comfortable but...breakfast room is very small. Some guests were eating standing. No refrigerator or microwave or kitchen in room. Fir the price I paid -about $75 per night single guest in the cheapest room with 2 queen beds - I expected more.
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Nice looking hotel grounds and room was clean and had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable. I stayed in the main building. Exterior corridor so can't leave curtains open if you want privacy.
Breakfast was basic but more than adequate. No hot cooked food.
Don't believe any of the negative comments.

The room was perfectly clean and well appointed; however, smelled strongly of tobacco smoke. A/C was efficient and quiet. The flat screen hi-def TV was nice with...
