Rooms are very spacious for a family of 4 or more and the location you can't beat just steps from the beach and restaurants. Very clean and nice pool. Also, they served complimentary hot breaksfast not a continental one.

Smelled musty at first. Old fashioned decor. Maids were very nice and accommodating. Front desk not as pleasant.

Had a junior suite which was a mini-apartment with small kitchen. It was functional and reasonable size, nothing glamourous. Great location, just lacks character. Free breakfast buffet was OK, not spectacular and breakfast area got very busy. Lots of great restaurants on the other side of the intracoastal along Atlantic. Beach within easy walking distance as well.

I stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott in Delray and it was great. The staff were very friendly, the hotel is located five minutes from the beach (walking), hot breakfast included, central to all the shops, great pool, great staff and I would love to go back to this particular hotel.

The best place to stay in Delray. Close to the beach and within walking distance of the great restaurants on Atlantic Avenue. Very good selection for breakfast ,complimentary USA Today, clean and well equipped suites. This was the third trip here for our group and we will be back.

I loved this hotel. Staff was very helpful and kind. Breakfasts were full buffet and great variety. Beds very fluffy and comfortable. Stayed in a one bedroom with two balconies and kitchen. The Residence Inn was a very good experience for the 6 nights I stayed there. Maid service wsa reliable and complete, the suite was just what I needed. Queen size bed, moderately comfortable. Location is great. Close to the beach and close to all the great Delray restaurants. Room was very nice, more kitchen than we expected, a nice balcony that over looked the pool and gave a glimpse of the ocean.
