The property is beautiful and direct access to the beach makes this property special. The rooms are large. The service is very good. The location in the gated area of Sandestin is very private. But, it is very expensive and there are additional charges for parking, use of the beach chair and other. The food was average at best.

Great location, great amenities! Pool area is great with poolside restaurants. Beach area is beautiful. Staff is great. Enjoyed the area. Really don't have to leave the resort unless you want.
