This hotel has a super location to a fantastic beach. You are within walking distance, although we drove. The room had everything that we needed. We were close to beach, dining, downtown, etc. The pool is heated and the hot tub felt great. Dane and Charlene at the front desk were helpful with recommendations and driving directions.

We loved the layout of the room. Very modern and spacious. My only complaint is the mirrors on the closet doors were not cleaned. They had some type of spots spread on them and there was some stain on the bathroom door which looked like it could have been blood.

Everything about my experience was nice. The service was great, I had a clean room and ample space. The full sized kitchen was a great plus. A short walk to the beach, nice pool area, good price for a room with homelike amenities. Other than this, as longtime Marriott Gold members this Residence Inn could definitely use some help in the management/staff department. Great spot to relax and enjoy the island!! Staff very accommodating! Location within walk to beach and restaurants! Wlking/biking trail right behind hotl; bike rentals available! Shuttle can take to historic district or nearby sights! Check out local community theater; good presentation! Breafast, hot and cold, plus drinks and snack and a picnic night!!

Great staff, enjoyed interaction with Ashabel (sp?) best, very professional and helpful. All interaction was great, room was awesome, great location and breakfast. Pillows weren't so great though. Shuttle to downtown saved us some taxi fare and walking distance to the beach (literally about 5 minutes, if that) was also nice.
