“No longer in business”

This hotel is no longer in business, and has been sitting vacant since late 2011. The owner sold the hotel and it is still unoccupied. It was a terribly dumpy place, lacking updated furnishings and literally had sinking floors, leaking cielings, and worst of all a rat infestation that was not only disgusting but a extreme health hazard. “A great Value for the money”

I stayed here recently and had a super three nights. The hotel has a great price when you compare the surrounding places. Roger and Mago were terrific and friendly hosts. The owner, Roger told me the place was laidback, which it very much was. BUT , it was to the point of total indiffernece. Nestled amongst the gay hotels of Fort Lauderdale beach, this property was the cheapest motel we could find.
