The service at this attractive hotel is unprofessional, amateur and downright confusing. Without typing all of the specifics, I will tell you that room service, the salon, the pool staff, the front desk staff and the laundry departments were terrible. It's a shame because this is one of the nicer hotels in Fort Lauderdale.

Front desk staff was very rude to us. We are not picky people, we just like to be treated with courtesy and respect and that certainly did not happen.

Stayed hear for a week, third day they started rework on the kitchen at the pool, pure hell couldn't stay in the room started 8am in the morning and when we asked the front desk lady well ???? I would say the Hilton or the Hyatt are the best , no more business from me for the Atlantic
