Very old,dirty,& Needs better maintenance , need to up date air conditioning.....BUT.... Bed was Very Comfortable! Best Part of room ,Staff very helpful & Polite!!!,Location Couldn't ask for any better 2 blocks walking distance from the beach & beach place with all bars & nightlife 4 blocks south .... The manager was so nice that we did not complain. The owner however should probably be sued for false advertising. The room was clean the bed was ok but come on looks nothing like pics on website. Only 69 a night but come on this is kind of a dump advertised as bed and breakfast??

Window in room was inoperable and one pane was actually broken (this greatly diminshed our 'view of the trees')! Entry door is paper thin, accordingly, double dead-bolt door lock is a joke. Like other reviews, we were fooled by the website. Room was dirty. Smelled musty-like my great grandmother's house. Inside refrigerator was moldy. Bed was ok. Breakfast was simply a few white bagels wih juice. Not what you typically think of with a B&B.
