I don't mean to skew the reviews but I wanted to warn people about their reservation system. I reserved through expedia to stay at the Seville in a room with one queen and one single. Upon arrival, a note told us to use the phone outside and we were guided to their Seaside Motel. I was disapointed in the room... More

My girlfriend and I just spent a "girls weekend" at the Seville and we were both very pleasantly surprised. Dave and Nadia who work at the Sevile are just wonderful people. Dave who works in the office was very helpful and accomodating. Nadia is housekeeping and is so nice and helpful, providing us with beach towels and extra towels for... More

We were missionaries, that needed to stay overnight on our way to Haiti. While it was old, it was clean, quiet, and quite affordable. The staff, were very sweet & courteous. They offered a courtesy car to the airport for $25. but we found a taxi only cost $21. We left our car there all week, while we were in... More

First I do have to say that you can't beat the location for the price. You are seconds from the heart of Fort Lauderdale Beach and the price is about a third of what you will spend at any other hotel in the area and there is free parking which is a great bonus. The man at the front desk... More

My boyfriend and I met some friends here for a birthday weekend getaway. The hotel was not even a block from the beach and only 5 minute walk to Beach Place. Couldn't have been more convenient. We arrived early and were able to do an early check in free of charge. The man (who I assumed was the owner) was... More

Excellent location, we can see the beach from our room. Basically you just cross the road and you're there! The room is spacious and clean, the proprietor friendly and helpful. Free wifi with good connection. Like having the convenience of a fridge and microwave - there's a stove, too, but I didn't use it. The place is a bit worn... More

Girlfriend and I stayed here one night before a cruise departure from Ft Lauderdale in Feb 2012. Very BASIC motel, which is exactly what we wanted and the price was rock bottom. Dave, the older semi-retired guy at the desk was pretty much the nicest guy on Earth. Room was clean, and the place is a 2-minute, 1/2-block walk to... More

Not even 1/2 block from the ocean and transit and 1 1/2 blocks from the water taxi, all at an affordable price. It is not at all fancy, but it is was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water in the shower hot, the fridge and microwave worked. Dave was helpful and friendly. This is a vintage hotel and it... We stayed over a two week period at this hotel. It's nothing fancy but there is many reasons to book there. First, the location can't be beat for the price. Secondly, the staff is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Finally, parking and the internet are free. They even offered free towels and chairs for the beach,... More

i was recommended this property by a friend and was a little reluctant to stay at a non-big-chain-hotel and espically not being familiar with the area. it's simple european charm and the location of this place is awesome. it was clean and kept clean thru my entire trip. the staff was friendly and extreamly helpful. they made some great recommendations...
