What stands out most about the W is warm greetings you receive from the staff. Bell hops, valet drivers, front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage servers, even the door mat in the elevator greets you with good morning, good afternoon and good evening ! Had a couple of days here with family. Stayed in suites in tower II. Great to have the space and kitchen ( as we had poor weather for first two days). Even though our room was upgraded because of our American Express we still waited for 45 minutes so someone could make sure it was cleaned properly. We were told at 3:30 that the room was ready just needed a supervisor to check it, would only take a minute. Still had no room until 4:20 ( check in time is 4).... More

The W Fort Lauderdale is amazing. The hotel features and amenities are above of the standard, from room, associates and restaurants are all excellent! We had a lovely room, with a Beautiful sea view.
