I would certainly recommend the Universal Palms Hotel. We were greeted by Joel at the front desk. He took the time to answer all our questions and tell us about the city. The room was clean and beautiful. The grounds were too. Next time were in town we will stay there again.

As I walked in I was impressed with the lobby....versus another Hotel I just came from. Also the sevice was awesome from your manager Eddie Vega..and i also like the fact they speak Spanish ,that was refreshing.....thanks EDDIE the room is AWESOME!!!!!!
