We were not allowed to even see the room prior to paying and took a chance and when we walked in, it was a dump. I cannot even believe they rent them out!!! We tried to get our money back as we didn't even stay. What a joke!!

Staying in Fort Lauderdale proper for a reasonable rate in February is not an easy task, but the Lafayette Motel is an outstanding value for price and room size.
