This was our first stay at this complex and we loved it! The amenities were superb for the price and the proximity to the beach cannot be beat. James at the check in desk was wonderful and we just can't say enough about the location. We stayed in unit 202 and will stay there again!

Just spent a week at the Seaside Resort (room 504) after much internet research. It was fabulous. If you have a family w/children, this is the place to be. Great beach, great grassy area, great sand and water, great pool, great BBQ area, clean and tidy always. Great location very good view! Clean rooms this was our first time at Seaside will definitely come back, Publix is right across the street, quiet location very close to the beach, nice pool area, our room had everything we needed and more! We definitely will recommend it!

I loved staying at Seaside! The staff, James and Monica are incredibly helpful and beyond friendly. Being right across the street from Publix and the trolley line made the Spring Break traffic almost non-existent. I would recommend Seaside to anyone coming to Fort Myers Beach for a vacation. I can't wait to stay again!
