The property was in a bit of a renovation phase, as they are putting in a pool and spa. Even so, a very comfortable stay. The owner, Kathy, is serious about cleanliness and very available to her guests. And she's very creative. Spent three nights at this location (Feb.10-12) Kathy was very welcoming and provided great service. The room was clean, attractive, and comfortable. Air conditioning/heater worked perfectly. Breakfasts were super - bacon, waffles, fruit, eggs all delicious and most generous servings.

Very reasonably priced option and a pretty location. The owner is also a caterer and justice of the peace and the inn is used for weddings and events. Breakfast was very tasty and apporiately sized. Coffee and refrigerator available 24 hours. Rooms are colorful and "beachy".

A friend & I spend a wonderful weekend at The Mellon Patch Inn. What a great place. Something for everyone. We got to de-stress the entire weekend. The place is beautiful, looks like a tropical paradise. The owners, Cathy & Bud are the BEST! Can't wait to go back!
