This is not a hotel or a resort. It is a small building. Only about 24 units. This means no crowds, even at the most busy times of the summer. We stayed in unit 102 which is on the first floor. Excellent view of the beach from our balcony. Huge living space. Great beach. Could not ask for more. Highly recommended!
