This lovely hotel provides comfortable accommodations in a convenient location. Our 5th floor suite was beautiful, roomy and very comfortable (king bed, full kitchen, bathroom a bit small but adequate...no ventilation fan in bathroom). I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the hotel. They have a nice outdoor area with a lot of seating and a fire pit. The room was big and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. I would stay here again if back in Gainesville.

This is by far the best residence inn I've been to. Very new. The rooms are outstanding. Very fresh and updated. Never seen stainless steel appliances in a RI before. We stayed at the Residence in Gainesville I-75 for 2 nights during a busy event weekend and what a pleasant experience. The room was spotless and comfortable. All the employees were very professional and anxious to please. The breakfast was adequate. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. We will definitely try to get that hotel again next year. Thank you.

What you'd expect from a Residence Inn. They do allow pets so if you aren't traveling with one ask to be in a room away from them. Simple breakfast. Eating area was small so busy. Good restaurants and shopping center close by.

Interesting there is never anyone at the front desk. Where do they go? Breakfast dissappointing. Room okay.

this is a nice place,has 5 stories so specify what room you want.... parking is not so good here.. reception is just ok, could be better, no surprise, would be a good deal at 85 $ or so. close to supermarket and eat out. Has nice pool etc.....very clean.
