Lets see, the question is what wasn't wrong with this hotel! It was just awful! Bad neighborhood, dirty room, sheets, sink, carpet, broken telephone....and like I mentioned before, beyond sketchy hotel!! Thank God it was only for one night!!

Ive stayed at the hotel oaks several times in the last 4 months as i work out of town. The place is being redone and is getting better all the time . HOTEL OAKS staff and management have always been friendly and helpful i would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed at the Hotel Oaks in Gainesville while the roof on my house was being repaired. I was VERY impressed with the property, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was super friendly. I would stay there again, and I would also recommend this hotel to others.
