I live in Green Cove Springs. Got a room for my brother who was visiting. Place is clean. Furniture is worn, tired and beyond retirement age...worst thing was no hot water...moved to second room...still no hot water...owners need to invest in the property or shut it down.

It was exactly what I wanted - a place to crash for the night. Few frills (internet, cable, coffee), but it wasn't all that long ago that this was the state of lodging. Why pay for a pool I wasn't going to use? Perfect for the solo traveller who needs a place to sleep.
