At the beginning of Easter we arrived at the Greenbriar without a reservation, luckily they had a cancellation. Our room was beyond our expectation and the hospitality was very welcoming. I plan on returning this year.

We are just back from Florida. Made a stop at the Greenbriar, on a recomendation. Very much pleased with accomodations that are super clean and well furnished. Staff very nice.The beach has no large waves, that makes it very user friendly. A short distance to the south, of Boardwalk start, but worth the extra walk. We will be back.

My wife & I visit Hollywood 1-2x/yr., and always stay at the Greenbriar. The rates are more than reasonable, the rooms are clean & comfortable, and the hotel is right on the beach. I liked the easy access to the beach, you dont have to go thru the lobby nor thru the pool to get to it, also how clean they keep the public grills (they have two) to barbecue at the picnic area wich is facing the beach I plan to visit again soon and you will certainly hear from me again.
