Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. There are restaurants in the marina at the end of the boardwalk, but if they are too busy or too expensive, then we would recommend the Sugar Cane restaurant over the road.

We liked the location for going to Spring Training baseball games. The room was okay, and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. They were above average. The pool had leaves in it, and didn't seem to be maintained yet. Parking was good, though.
