Outstanding! Staff and service was first-rate, as was our room and the grounds. Tiki Bar and Bridget were a great touch between the two pools. Location in Old Key West right in the middle of everything! My friends and I loved it here and will stay with The Banyans again!

As timeshare owners at the Banyan Resort, we are encouraged to report anything that needs attention so that it can be corrected. The floor of the balcony of our unit was in need of a good cleaning and Ernesto Balmuceda Sevilla of the houskeeping department did a fabulous deep cleaning and made the floor sparkle.
