The location is absolutely the best. Walking distance to Mallory Square and Duval. We had a one bedroom suite and although it was clean and the kitchen stocked it was dated. Just stayed in a two story townhouse last week and enjoyed the place greatly. We parked the car and didn't move it for 7 days. Everything is in walking distance and the pool area is very well maintained. Just signed our purchase agreement and will be back for many years to come. Excellant property!

Just returned from hyatt sunset harbor, the pool was so fabulous and just right temperature. It is located right where the cruise ships pull up. so convenient to everything within walking distance, and mallory square.
