The staff is great, courteous, and quick to assist. The pool is very clean and well kept. We have been coming back here for 10 years now, even though we do not own here.

This room was so small you could not open a suitcase. The TV is so small its ridiculous. When we asked to leave the manger was totally unfriendly and refused any assistance. Hyatt has sunk to a new low and will no longe get my business.
