Stayed here 3 times in last 10 years during spring breaks. This is a great little hotel for that purpose. The location and deck on duval st can't be beat. The rooms themselves are just ok. The staff,renner, is helpful. I would recommend the third floor suite if you have a large group.

This hotel has older and newer rooms, just make sure you know what you are booking. The older rooms were perfectly clean and in just a good location but they were very dated.
