Stayed in January for a Girls' getaway with my best friend. It was one of the few B&B's that offered a room with 2 queen sized beds. Nice hostel, but really nothing special.. bathrooms are not renvovated, breakfast is pretty basic. Overall overpriced, but nice.

We stayed at the Avalon and the staff is wonderful. The small queen room is quiet and very clean and air conditioned. A good value. The great breakfast on the big front porch is terrific. You can walk to everything or short car ride. The offer free parking a short distance from the bed and breakfast.

Being on Duval in Key West is important. Everything is on that street. The Avalon is on the quiet end, so it good for relaxation and rest, and then you can walk to all the action.
