From the time I arrived to the time i left, the friendly staff of Big Rubys won me over on my first visit. Rooms were emmaculate and clean. Breakfast was scrumpious. Staff very friendly and helpful to my needs. I would highly reccommend this resort to anyone. I will be back soon.

Stayed 5 nights over Easter weekend, and really enjoyed the stay. Friendly, clean and close to the famous Duval street. Rolando, Chris and John were very helpful & friendly. Hats off to the chef, which made our great made-to-order breakfast every morning. We had a group of 11 and everyone plans to return. Thanks!

Yet another successful trip to Key West, Fl. and Big Ruby's still lives up to its excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Loved our accommodations. We stayed in a different room this time. The room was very nice and clean. Big Ruby's is so convenient to Duval Street.

Last weekend (Feb 2012) was my first time visiting Big Ruby's. I went with a friend who goes there often and I see why now. The property is adorable, super comfortable and in a PERFECT location. The staff is kind, the setting is great and relaxing, and they offer a complimentary happy hour daily and also breakfast.

This was our 8th time staying at Big Ruby's in 8 years. It is so nice to walk in and see the staff the same from year to year.
