Ad on website says free internet & phone, not the case for our stay, when I phoned the day before to confirm and double checked before checking in I was told it was on & fine, Owners were EXTREMELY rude when problem was brought to their attention, we politely asked for refund and were denied and told to just turn... “Best value accommodation near Orlando...”

It's not the cheapest (there are some real dumps around), and it's not the nicest in the area (JW Marriott perhaps?). But, value for money, it's the best. For a very good rate you get large rooms, very clean, very friendly - even a pool. So, unless budget is your absolute - come here.
