Our room was disgusting. Our carpet was duck taped to the wall. A picture frame had broken glass with a screw sticking out to hold the frame together. Hair found in the bed. The halls were dark and smelled like mold. It was part of our vacation package. We immediately checked out and went to the Marriot down the street.

Rip u off and charge excessive fees on top of resort fees on everything u buy. Housekeeping walked right in my room without knocking. Filthy carpet. Activities are lame and few.
