A very rinky-dink place with 8 huge buildings (about 160 rooms or so total). The hotel have a good location, but there are better options for the same price or cheaper, even with newer facilities, it's an old hotel, need more maintenance!! I would recommend it only in emergencies while getting another hotel

It was a terrible experience..It was so dirty the room was non smoking n it smelled a lot like smoke..The rooms were so dirty there was rat poop it was gross..Don't stay in that hotel..

We needed an inexpensive hotel when our motor home broke down. Parkside was clean, no odors, no bugs, and very helpful management. You don't expect the ritz at the prices they charge and you are not disappointed. Had a pleasant stay, made better by an attentive staff and facilities that worked. The place is a bit tired, but clean and a very comfortable bed.
